Czwartek Tlusty in Polish means "Thursday greasy" or something like that and is a celebration held the Thursday before Ash Wednesday (in Polish Popielcowa Środa) which also marks the beginning of the Lent, which in Poland is celebrated with great respect, and during those 40 days, people fast, or just sacrifice something in that period as an act of faith (eating candy for example). According to people tell me, AAAN ago, during Lent Poles ate only bread and butter, in general, the less they ate ... better but the Thursday before Ash Wednesday is docked jejeje find everything clear, and today the tradition takes many forms, colors and flavors but I think in particular Poland, the most typical is the Paczki, a sort of round cake , fried and stuffed with cream or jam:) as not deceiving, the Paczki is a calorie bomb and always hear that 1 Paczki has the same amount of calories that are lost by exercising for 24 hours, well, nor do I want out account because yesterday I ate 5! and for many years, starting to live here, participate in a contest of "who eats more Paczki" i ate me lol if I have a 14 Kilo's more ... So I guess what I came dragging since then: P in one form or another throughout the year I never like Paczki because you always meet me that day with more than one on my desktop:) and of course not forgive jejeje

Last year added first because at that time was always traveling for work but I was very happy to have added Poland to the list of countries where they swim in memory Venezuelan Rafael Vidal:) this year could not lose opportunity to swim even more than they added last year (1300mt) and even my friend Ewelina swim with me, together we 2400mt: D shame that none of the other Venezuelans who live in Poland wanted to join us and our motivation, but hey , I have hope that soon we and those who swam in her memory.
