Photographing Christmas in my hometown was this month photographic project, project I love to do but - for whatever reason - I always end up being the last one that makes the pictures and the last published by the task: (anyway, though it happened over Christmas, I have a chance to show the pictures I did before jajaja New Year is here not the Christmas decoration is the pride of the city, is basic with more lights than anything else and only a few houses and decorating show windows (like mine lol) so I simply walked around the block and take pictures as well as out (because I have no tripod or a camera that size as my teacher Jacqueline lol) and I will have memories forever ...

Last Friday snowboard season opens this winter with Marta and Tomek (qu rarely seen in the photo). Here in Poland, 25 to December 26 are free as Christmas day, so we went to Wierchomla and launch the season, we deoxidizing the bones cast and wax the tables:) tomorrow I'm going back to spend New Year with my snowboard and turn back on January 4: D winter here but can last much alike, always in spring, I think it's a shame that was so short: (so you have to take advantage from the first day: P

In Poland, the menu of Christmas dinner is full of fish, cabbage, soups, broth condensed juice and other dried fruit etc that change depending on the region but ham bread?? hallacas?? dulce de leche?? chicken salad?? ham Ironing?? anything like that, even I have been told the menu Venezuela is a profanation: S but well, I'm quite peaceful and do not judge anyone, so I learned early on that I can not bring any Venezuelan traditions of the Polish table because my head off:)

every year I helped in the preparation of dishes for dinner but this year, I wanted to do something myself and I really do not know what to do and one day, seeing the blog of Jacqueline , decided to follow the example of their daughters and make cookies, originally thought to do as individuals and to customize for those clients who would be wise ... very challenging (I considerndo I had never made these cookies) but I refer to the tests and had to complete the ingredients, get the blender out of hiding and get to work. Mix all ingredients was as easy lol though at one point I thought something was missing, I had to look on the Internet some references to it that the ball did, is what had to be done (and not a mistake).
I have to start by saying that I did not mold the munequitos because I turned out to be very difficult to do so by cutting with a knife, so opt for the round which gives a ready cup chicken. The hardest part was the decoration, not only because they never had done but also because I have no great imagination: P eyes, nose, hat, mouth, I somehow thought they would look jajaja snowmen might not appear, but my Christmas challenge had resulted in him drawing a smile on the face to those shared Christmas dinner with me (and I think that's the thing in question).

Since I live in Poland, every year I have natural Christmas tree:) I had one of those who reach the ceiling (he used to kidnap them after the Christmas party University hehehe) and here in Łańcut have always been small but this year is the largest among small that I had. Always I said that a natural Christmas tree brings the smell of pine in the house and it's true:) but in Venezuela never lived this experience, so now I really enjoy it and decorate the tree is a tradition that I do (until you I make my kids lol). This tree I bought on Friday but still came home full of snow and ice, so let it melt and I was not the weekend at my house, so yesterday when you arrive, the first thing I did was fix the tree : D my mom riding in Venezuela Christmas in late October but here people do around Christmas is really the tradition would do the same December 24 (but does not make sense to wait that long ... or if you have it? ?). Last year I spent Christmas in Venezuela and I left on December 5, so I did not even have time to take things out of hiding, this year I have had to remind me where I have everything saved to the windows but the fix and the street you can tell that Christmas came to my house. On Saturday I went to Warsaw for the Christmas reunion that was organized by the Embassy of Venezuela, throughout the year organized several meetings, concerts and different activities that I can not participate because of distance or the day they are but this is not me want to lose, especially because I have many opportunities to meet my friends in Poland Venezuelan (not many):)

I've never been very fond of reading, rather, I get to read when I have any indication insomnnio was cured immediately hehehe but still, since I moved to Poland discovered the pleasure of reading books that transported to another reality and experience the anxiety to know what will happen and wake up at midnight, light the lamp and get to read (that I never would have thought that would happen). I do not read at midnight or anything - for me the dream is very valuable - but always I read when I travel by train (until I fall asleep) or in the mornings when I go to work by bus:) but it's not far, the 5-6 pages you can read, also have their value and help me to pass up pages reach the final. I'm about to finish the 2nd book and begins the 3rd, in the beginning that I will buy the 4th and 5th and my plan is to finish reading them all before the next movie comes out (hopefully on the big screen in July 2009).
